Your Exact Pricing Quote will be emailed to you prior to your appointment time detailing the number of areas (rooms, halls & stairways) with the EXACT amount you will be charged if you pay by check or cash. If the number of areas changes or if you miscounted the price will change.
If it counts as a room when you buy it and it counts as a room when you sell it, it counts as a room when we clean it. A good rule of thumb is if the area has it’s own light switch/fixture it counts as an area.
Closets and half-baths are usually included in the price.
The number of areas in a basement is determined by the number of areas above it on the main floor.
OMG! Carpet Cleaning is proud to offer FOREVER PRICING! Forever pricing is paying the same thing per area EVERY time you have your carpets cleaned. As long as you have OMG! clean your carpets at least once every 12 months and as long as you have at least four (4) areas cleaned, you will be charged the same price per area forever!
